What is the purpose of the Grease Monkey Customer Advisors Panel?
The Grease Monkey Customer Advisors Panel (CAP) allows Grease Monkey customers the opportunity to share their opinions and feedback about services, communications, promotions, charitable causes and other business related areas through on-line surveys. This information plus your own suggestions can assist Grease Monkey in improving the overall Grease Monkey customer experience for all its customers.
Do you really read and consider all of the responses to surveys?
Yes! Your guidance is especially valuable as we strive to make Grease Monkey one of the best automotive service providers available. There is no right or wrong answer to a survey; we want your honest opinions about your automotive service experiences at Grease Monkey and other service providers you may visit. We take all survey responses in aggregate and gather a general sense of how actual customers like yourself feel about improvements and changes that may be made.
What do I need to do to participate?
We ask that all Panel participants fill out a short profile so that you can share a little bit about yourself prior to taking your first survey. If you qualify for a particular survey, you will have the opportunity to complete the survey on-line and receive a “Tango Rewards Card” … a reward program that allows you to purchase e-gift cards or to donate to a non-profit. You can use your Tango Rewards immediately or spend later with no expiration date and never any fees. To take the surveys you will need an internet enabled device and your lovely mind!
How do I receive my Tango Rewards after completing a survey?
Your Tango Rewards will be available to you on the date specified in the survey invitation email. You will receive your Tango Rewards on or before the date specified in the survey invitation and it will arrive via email. You WILL NOT receive Tango Rewards for completing the initial profile survey to participate in future CAP surveys.
What if I cannot access the survey link or have trouble completing a survey?
If you have technical difficulty in accessing the survey link or completing a survey, please let us know by sending an e-mail with your name, Email address and date you took the survey to greasemonkey@researchresults.com
Can I e-mail the survey link to a fellow employee, or friend to take as well?
No. The survey link is unique to your e-mail and CAP ID and cannot be completed multiple times. A link to a survey can only be accessed and completed once, so therefore, we ask that you do not e-mail the link to fellow employees or friends, as they will be unable to participate with your link.
